
On February 2nd of this year, the National Academy of Medicine's Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience hosted a webinar to release several new resources and provide a first look at an online resource repository aimed at providing users with resources related to clinician burnout and promising solutions to promote clinician well-being. In case you missed it, a full recording of the webinar is now available online.
Additionally, there have been advancements in valid and reliable survey instruments to measure burnout, engagement, and professional satisfaction. A key organizational strategy to improving clinician well-being is to measure it, develop and implement interventions, and then re-measure it.
