The Adolescents Transitioning to Leadership and Success (ATLAS) program connects college students who live with chronic illness to adolescent and young adult Duke Health patients who also live with chronic illness. ATLAS provides a space for youth to share their experiences and provides opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and service.
